Can I exchange my apparel for another size?
Since we have limited quantities of each collection, we’ll have to double check to see if we can accommodate your request. Give us a shout at treasurechest@makamas.com and let us see how we can help - email us with the name of your purchase, which size you ordered, which size you would like to exchange it for and we’ll see what we can do for you!

Hey, that thing I want is sold out. Can I still buy it?
The beauty of Makamas is we'll always have new and exciting stuff rolling in. Our minion fashionistas are constantly working hard to find you the latest trends and bringing in new finds so that our collections are fresh and keep you styled and looking fabulous! If it's sold out on our site, odds are we will no longer carry it. But we'd love to hear what you have to say! If you send us an email of what you'd like to see back we can notify you if and/or when we restock!

What is your privacy policy?
Makamas will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party. You can view our full privacy policy here.

If I order multiple products, do they ship in one package?
Depending on the size and number of items ordered, your order may ship in multiple packages.

Through what carrier do your orders ship?
We offer US shipping of your fashion finds via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
We do! Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. We do not accept returns at this time.

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 48-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Shipment dates depend on location.


I just received my order, but I’d like to return part of it. Do you accept returns?
Since our finds come in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns.

My purchase was slightly bruised in transit. How can I ship my return back to Makamas?
If you received merchandise from Makamas that was slightly bruised in transit, flawed or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact our Customer Happiness Team at customerhappiness@makamas.com within 21 days of receipt quoting the order number, attaching the order confirmation, and a picture of the bruised item.  

Makamas will provide complimentary return shipping and a full refund will be issued once the damaged merchandise is returned.  An even exchange can also be conducted if the item originally purchased is no longer available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

How are promotional discounts applied to orders?
It’s easy! Just enter the promo code at checkout and, voila!
